After a lengthy hiatus, Slow Food Los Angeles is relaunching in the City of Angels. The launch party is on November 2. Slow Food is an international movement launched in 1986 dedicated to preserving traditional and regional cuisine and encourages farming of plants, seeds and livestock characteristic of the local ecosystem. We chatted with Alexandra Agajanian, the senior market manager of the Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles, who is heading the new chapter with culinary historian and chef Ernest Miller.
