Winter Citrus Booster with Ginger and Sweet Potato

  • carrots, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • sweet potato, unpeeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
  • tangerine, peeled and segmented
  • ginger, unpeeled and chopped
  • navel orange, peeled and sliced into bite-size pieces
  • grapefruit, peeled and sliced into bite-size pieces
