In Season at the Farmers Market – Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Roasted Red Pepper Goat Cheese Sauce

We love this recipe from Local Los Angeles Personal Chef and Food Blogger, Gaby Dalkin (WhatsGabyCooking.com).  Roasting a whole head of cauliflower and serving it with a savory Roasted Red Pepper Goat Cheese Sauce makes for an incredibly delicious vegetarian dish.  Try serving this beauty in cast iron skillet tableside for an awe-inspiring presentation.
