It’s strawberry season!  Little buds of red sweetness are popping up on plants in many Los Angeles gardens and they are becoming more than plentiful at the farmers market.   But local Los Angeles Baker, Cookbook Author and Food Blogger, Joy Wilson (JoytheBaker.com) has turned that berry upside down.  Roasting the strawberry and then incorporating it into a warm buttermilk cake, she has truly made a farm fresh dessert into a work of art.
