RUNNING, YOGA, & STRETCHING FOR ALL!

Calling all runners! Stretch out those tired legs and join us after your run for a special Yoga 4 Runners class on the lawn of the Autry Museum. Erika Hall of A Runner’s Circle and Erika Hall – Running, Yoga, and Conditioning for the Athlete in You! will be leading an hour long donation based ($5-?) all levels yoga class for the community on Saturday September 7 @ 9:15am. As both a yoga instructor and running coach, Erika brings her unique perspective to her classes by illustrating how proper yoga alignment translates to improved running form. Her classes focus on stretching and strengthening the areas where runners need the most attention such as hips, hamstrings, quads, calves, IT bands, shoulders, and feet. Afterwards, you will feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and recharged while your body recovers faster.
Bring a yoga mat or large beach towel to use and a water bottle. Note that you might be in the sun so wear your sunscreen.
All ages and levels welcome.
